co-founder of The ADHD Hub
Hi there!
It can be overwhelming to try and keep up with the daily demands of life, especially when you're dealing with ADHD symptoms. You may have tried To-Do lists, sticky-notes, and books, yet still feel like you're overwhelmed, easily distracted, and leave tasks until the last minute.
You are not alone in this journey.
I know how you feel because I've been there. As the partner of a neuropsychologist, Dr. Claire Sira, who specializes in ADHD (and has lived with ADHD herself), I've seen firsthand the struggles that come with this condition. But I've also seen the incredible progress and transformations that can happen when the right support is in place.
That's why my partner and I created The ADHD Hub - to provide that support.
With The ADHD Hub, you'll have access to curated knowledge spaces, a community of people who truly understand you, and expert guidance from my partner, Dr. Claire. Plus, our weekly planning sessions and coffee chat webinars will give you the tools you need to take control of your ADHD and live your best life.
But it's not just about the resources we provide - it's about the accountability and encouragement you'll receive from our community. We'll be there to cheer you on as you take steps towards reaching your goals and overcoming your challenges.
I know that investing in yourself and your well-being can be difficult, but trust me, it's worth it. The ADHD Hub is an investment in your future and the future you deserve.
Don't let ADHD hold you back any longer. Join us in The ADHD Hub and see the change for yourself.
Sincerely,
Tom, co-founder of The ADHD Hub

Introducing....
A place to share your ADHD experiences with others like you...
...once you know where you’re coming from, it’s easier to understand where you’re going.
A one of a kind, interactive community where everyone affected by the trials and tribulations of ADHD can give and receive support.
The Hub is an ADHD educational safe space for both beginners and veterans of the ADHD journey to:
✅ Get stuff off your chest
✅ Find the best educational resources
✅ Learn how to hold yourself accountable without putting unfair pressure on yourself
✅ Learn tips and tricks from more experienced people in their journey like how to disclose your ADHD to employers and family
✅ Help others by giving the gift of your own experience
✅ Create networking opportunities
✅ Learn from coaches who have been there and done it.
Our community is a space for growth! It’s also a place you will be kept safe. We take this responsibility very seriously. When you become a member, you’ll be safe to…
Ask questions, experiment with ideas, participate in discussions, share real problems, and generally learn and grow without fear of judgment or rejection.
Be free with your highs and lows of life. It’s an inescapable roller coaster of emotions at times. You'll notice, we’re all on the same ride.
Make your own choices, including how often you’d like to share and comment about yourself, your life, and the ADHD journey you’re travelling.
Give feedback to us about how we can make our community even better. We’re truly in this together. You will always have a voice here in our community.
Diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or you just know ADHD fits you.
Some days we have it together and other days we do not. And some days we need more support just to get the basics done. So, we want you to learn to be the BOSS of your brain.
We can’t fix a lifetime of criticism but we can prevent more criticism and embarrassment and unnecessary failures. Whether you join as a Beginner Boss or grow to be a Super Boss, our goal for you is to become the best Boss you can be.
Events and workshops, courses, monthly Office Hours, peer-to-peer networking, tips & tricks for ADHD, help wanted requests, and opportunities to celebrate your wins are just a few of the unique opportunities you’ll find inside The ADHD Hub.
Playful understanding among the Bosses because... we're all going through similar challenges and we ALL get what it's like. Doing this together means we'll do better individually.
It's common for us to hear adults talk about the 3 main frustrations with ADHD - overwhelm, distraction, procrastination.
Our goal for you is to understand why and how ADHD has been affecting your life. This private community publishes content and teaches each other how to overcome each frustration in your life and to proactively stay on top of your thoughts before the consequences get on top of you.
...specifically brain trauma in relation to executive functioning which includes plenty of peer-reviewed anatomical insights into how your ADHD brain is different to the average person's.
Growing up I felt ‘I was too much but never enough’, getting top grades at school but always in detention.
My work was always to a high standard, yet always stressful, last minute, and riddled with perfectionism - no wonder I failed 2 of my first year university classes and had to take a year off to recover once the framework of high school disappeared.
Despite graduating into my dream hospital job, I couldn’t keep up - truthfully, I felt like a total failure masquerading as a professional doctor.
I constantly double-booked myself, kept losing track of my thoughts, and forgot more tasks than I remembered.
Then in 2011, at the age of 41, I first received a diagnosis and treatment for ADHD.
By working with it from a place of spiritual compassion combined with scientific insight, I permanently upgraded my relationship with myself, the world, my relationships, and my career.
...especially in the wake of remote working, to the point I can no longer keep up with the demand from both local patients and fellow medical professionals internationally who want to better serve their own patients.
That’s why I started the programs and community...
...to help those affected by ADHD access accurate information about their symptoms and experiences from anywhere in the world.
It gives me huge pleasure to share the tools which I personally use to thrive with such a wide variety of people.
Canada’s second Windows-based Point Of Sale system (I basically created and sold a ton of checkout software to U.S. and Canadian retail stores in the 90’s).
A software called Gotanga that helped cardiologists share arrhythmia reports with patients.
A tourism marketing agency which designed the “West Koot Route” (hit me up if you want to go moose riding).
Worked as a top level business consultant for the cities of Seattle, Vancouver, Connecticut, Toronto and Canadian government (I had to negotiate a state level police/council financial problem in 2006).
A brick and mortar ‘inquiry middle school’ where kids learned from their own interests (I felt mainstream schools weren’t empowering kids to want to learn).
Rethink Thinking Foundation, an educational program endorsed by Sir Ken Robinson that gave hundreds of kids an opportunity to develop their potentially world-changing ideas.
Boss Of Your Brain Coaching, a group coaching model to support adults with ADHD and co-taught with Dr. Claire.
Basically, I’m a pretty creative-minded guy who loves starting projects but finds it hard to maintain routine without the adrenaline rush of novelty and consistent motivation - that’s probably why I developed most of those projects in the 8 drawn out years it took me to get my Bachelors Degree!
I realize a lot of people are in similar positions. They’re capable and hardworking, but without a supportive, empathetic framework that suits their ADHD traits, they can’t fulfil their potential…
…like many of you, I was never understood by my own family growing up and they were worried I’d achieve nothing because I was constantly jumping around.
So when I met Dr. Claire, our ideas got flowing and we saw the opportunity to combine our personal experiences of medicine, management, and ADHD to help people get out of their own way and add as much value to their own lives as possible, and in turn, the world.
Adults coming to terms with their own ADHD for the first time.
Adults already familiar with their ADHD and want to feel like they belong.
Partners who want to better understand the condition and how it affects their relationships.
Those not willing to put in the time and effort to make their life better. This isn't for those unwilling to step forward to be curious and self reflective. Change doesn't simply happen from watching inspirational social media posts.
Have any questions?
No. Difficulty sustaining attention and distractibility happens for adults with ADHD regardless of a diagnosis. This community accepts diagnosed, self-diagnosed, and those who think they probably have it. We could all use improvement with our attention and executive functioning skills.
There's a difference. Social media is entertaining with vague inspirational posts. While fun and distracting, we want you to gain something valuable from us and the other Bosses. Relief, acceptance, knowledge, and camaraderie to name a few things you'd gain from this community.
You can cancel and leave at any time. If you're not getting value from the people, community, and content, then you can cancel your subscription immediately. And we can still be friends after.
Bosses must be 18 years or older to join the community. Those under 18 may join with consent from a guardian and with approval from the admin. This is a general safety precaution for minors but also to keep the content on adult topics.
Absolutely! We welcome members from all over the globe. Our company is Canadian based but our staff are from places around the globe.
No. We do not allow any selling or pitching of services or affiliate programs in our communities. You absolutely should not join, if this is your motivation. You will be removed without refund.
Joining The ADHD Hub will not give you direct access to Claire and Tom. Being a member does not constitute a therapy relationship with Dr. Claire either. For therapeutic support, we encourage you to search for a professional local to you.
